Copper and Sterling Silver Disc earrings with Doodle Pattern

Handmade copper and sterling silver earrings with an embossed doodle style pattern and sterling silver dot decoration.
Copper sheet has been embossed with a doodle style pattern then into discs. A sterling silver ring is soldered to the top of the discs and the centre is pierced out creating an interesting negative space effect. Two small textured sterling silver discs have been soldered to the front of the earrings to contrast with the colour of the copper metal. The earwires are also handmade and feature a wrapped ball design. The backs of the earrings have been given a soft matt texture finish. The earrings are medium in size and have been oxidized to give the copper and silver an antique patina finish and highlight the difference in the colour of the two metals.
A lovely gift idea for a copper wedding anniversary.
