Payment, Delivery and Returns


How can I pay?
Payment is made securely through PayPal.
All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.

No Paypal account?
If you do not have a PayPal account you can still make a purchase and pay by debit or credit card.

How to pay without a PayPal account
Proceed through checkout as though you were going to pay with PayPal. When you reach the PayPal log in page ignore the log in box and click on the link next to the credit/debit card graphic that says "Don't have a PayPal account? Continue checkout". You can then enter your card info and pay for your purchase.

Bank Transfer
Alternatively payment can be made by bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer please contact me using the contact form and I will forward the information you will need.

PayPal e-cheques
Occasionally a PayPal payment will come through as an e-cheque. In this case I will contact you to make you aware of this and to let you know that your item will be posted once the payment has cleared which is normally in 7 - 10 days.


All items are posted by Royal Mail large letter 1st class within the UK. Overseas purchases are posted by International Standard.

How long before my item is put in the post?
I will contact you once payment is received but as a guide:

Ready to go items - comprising earrings, certain ready to go bangles and pendants are posted within one business day.

Made to order items - comprising the majority of my bangles will be posted in 3 - 5 days.

How will my item be packaged?
Jewellery is wrapped in my own colourful handmade packaging and posted in a sturdy postal box or padded envelope.
♥ If you would like your jewellery packaged in a cardboard jewellery box please get in touch. Please be aware a jewellery box will increase the size of the package to "small parcel" to addresses within the UK which will also increase the postage cost.

Can I have my item posted to a different address?
Yes you can! There is the opportunity to specify a delivery address during checkout. If the item is a gift please let me know and I will omit the packaging slip.

How long will it take my item to arrive?
Within the UK: Items are sent 1st class large letter. Please allow 1 - 3 days for your item to arrive.
Overseas: Items are posted Royal Mail International Standard {previously called Airmail}. Please allow anything from 10 days to 8 weeks plus for your item to arrive. Delays can be caused by hold ups in customs. Please allow extra time for busy periods like Christmas.

Who is responsible for paying any customs charges?
If you live outside the European Union you may be charged a tax or VAT on your item by your country's customs. This is payable by the buyer and is not the responsibility of the seller. 

What happens if the delivery address I supplied is incorrect or out of date?
Items are posted to the address registered with your PayPal account or to an address specified during checkout {for example if the purchase is a gift}. If the address supplied is incorrect or out of date please understand there is nothing I can do to retrieve the item once it is posted.

Undelivered items
Items returned to me due to the address being wrong, the property being vacant or that are described as undeliverable by the relevent postal service will incur another postage charge for redelivery.

What happens if my item doesn't arrive?
In the first instance please allow enough time for your item to reach you! Occasionally items do get lost in the post but more often they are just held up somewhere and do eventually arrive.
Items posted within the UK: Please allow 14 days from the date of posting for your item to arrive. If it hasn't arrived after this time please get in contact and I will send out a replacement where possible or issue a refund.
Items posted overseas: Please allow 8 weeks for your item to arrive. If it hasn't arrived after this time please get in contact and I will send out a replacement where possible or issue a refund.

Refunds and Returns

How to return an item for a refund
If you wish to return an item please contact me within 14 days of receipt of the item. A cancellation form is available to fill in for returning items or you can get in touch by email to or use the website contact form.
Once you have let me know you wish to return the item you will need to return it within 14 days. Once the item has been returned to me the full cost including the initial postage cost will be refunded through PayPal. The item must be returned in a usable condition. If there is evidence it has been worn or damaged through use the amount refunded may be reduced to reflect this.

Returning faulty goods
Faulty goods can be returned up to 30 days from the day of receipt.

What happens if I order bangles in the wrong size?
If you order bangles for yourself or as a gift and the size you choose is wrong the bangles can be returned for a refund as described above. If you would like a replacement made in the correct size there will be another shipping charge payable to cover the postage for the replacement item. 

Who pays to return an item?
The postage cost to return an item for a refund is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty in which case the cost to return the item will also be refunded.
